Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Enterprise AI System Inventory (the "Service") handles information during its private-beta phase. The Service is intended for use by organizations, not consumers, and is not intended for children.

Beta-access requests: full name, work email, company, role, approximate number of AI systems, governance challenge, feedback-session interest, and acknowledgment checkboxes.

Account information: email address, authentication credentials handled by the identity provider, and workspace/organization name.

Inventory content: AI-system records that users enter, including system name, ownership, deployment context, and other fields defined by the inventory template.

To provide the Service, authenticate users, partition data by organization, respond to beta-access requests, communicate with beta participants, and improve the Service.

The application and its database are hosted on managed cloud infrastructure operated by Lovable and its underlying subprocessors (including Supabase and the underlying cloud provider they use).

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: Confirm the current list of subprocessors and any additional analytics, email, or monitoring providers before publishing.

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: Define retention periods for beta-access requests, account records, and inventory content, and for backups.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of information about you. Requests may be sent to the contact address below.

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: Confirm whether analytics, cookies, or transactional-email services are used and update this section accordingly.

The Service uses transport encryption, authenticated access, and database-level row-level security to partition records by organization. No system is fully secure; users should not submit highly sensitive information during the beta (see the Beta Terms).

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: Describe the regions where infrastructure is hosted and the safeguards used for cross-border transfers.

The Service is intended for authorized use inside participating organizations. It is not directed to consumers or children under 16.
