Private Beta Terms

Version 2026-07-21-v1 · Effective 2026-07-21. Signed-in users must affirmatively accept the current version to continue using the private beta.

These beta terms are a working draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.

1. Beta status and evaluation purpose

The Enterprise AI System Inventory (the "Service") is provided as an early-stage private beta made available to a limited number of organizations for evaluation and product feedback. The Service is not a general-availability product.

2. Eligibility and authorized organizational use

Access is limited to individuals invited or approved by the operator on behalf of an organization. Users must be authorized by their organization to enter organizational information and represent that they have such authority.

3. No legal, regulatory, or professional advice

The Service does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, certification, or other professional advice. Content produced by the Service, including flags, summaries, and exported reports, is informational only and does not constitute a determination under any law or standard, including the EU AI Act or the NIST AI RMF.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The operator makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, availability, uptime, or error-free operation. Features and data structures may change during the beta without notice.

5. User responsibility for validation

Users remain solely responsible for validating all records, outputs, classifications, exports, and decisions made using the Service, and for compliance with laws and standards applicable to their organization and use case.

6. Prohibited content during beta

Users must not submit to the Service:

  • Credentials, passwords, API keys, or authentication secrets
  • Payment-card information
  • Health records, biometric identifiers, or genetic data
  • Criminal-offence data
  • Export-controlled information
  • Classified information
  • Other highly sensitive information

High-level indicators that a system processes such categories may be recorded; the underlying sensitive data itself must not be entered.

7. Feedback

Feedback, suggestions, and ideas provided about the Service may be used by the operator to improve the Service and its offerings without payment, attribution, or other obligation to the user.

8. Suspension or termination

The operator may suspend or terminate a user's or organization's beta access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its underlying software, and its templates are owned by the operator or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the content they enter into the Service.

10. Confidentiality

The operator will use reasonable efforts to protect information submitted through the Service, but during the beta users should not submit information whose disclosure would cause significant harm. Confidentiality obligations are limited by the nature of the beta.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Service. A specific monetary liability cap will be set by qualified legal counsel prior to commercial launch.

13. Governing law

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: Governing law and venue to be inserted by qualified legal counsel.

14. Contact

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: Contact email address for legal notices to be supplied by the operator.
